Shipping Your Order

- Processing: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require slightly more time.
- Shipping: Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking code via email to follow your package with ParcelsApp (visit our Track Your Order page for details).
Important Note: As with many online stores, we experience high demand periods. In exceptional circumstances, this may cause some delays. We appreciate your understanding and will do our utmost to deliver your order promptly.

Delivery and Beyond
Once you receive your order, enjoy your new purchase! If there are any issues, please see below:
- Wrong Product: If a product is damaged in transit, we'll gladly send a replacement free of charge. If the replacement is also defective, we'll provide a full refund.
- Lost Package: If your package is lost, we'll send a replacement before initiating our return and refund policy.
- Import Duties: In rare cases, customs may charge a small import duty. If this happens, please contact us.
